We ship to the United States and to many international destinations. Available countries, shipping rates and delivery times for your address are shown at checkout. Orders ship directly to you from the warehouses of our trusted international partner suppliers, not from our office in Switzerland.

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days. If you place an order after 2:00 PM (GMT+01:00) Central European Standard Time (Zurich), we will process it on the next business day.

3. Delivery Time frames:

• The estimated delivery time is 6-12 business days.

4. Shipping Costs:

• We offer a flat shipping rate of $5.99 on all orders shipped within the United States. The shipping cost remains the same regardless of your order value or the number of items purchased.

5. Import Duties and Customs:

All import duties and customs fees are prepaid by us for every destination. Customers pay nothing beyond the order total shown at checkout — no extra charges on delivery.

6. Shipping Carriers:

We use multiple shipping carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure reliable delivery.

7. Tracking Your Order:

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number along with a link so you can follow your package online.
