1. Where do you ship from?

We ship all orders from our U.S. fulfillment center located in Sheridan, Wyoming.

2. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide, including to the UK, Europe, Canada, and Australia.

3. How long does it take to process an order?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to update.

5. What are the shipping costs?

  • USPS Tracked Shipping: $9.99
  • International Standard Shipping: $6.99
  • International Insured Shipping: $9.99
  • Insured & Tracked Shipping: $14.99

6. Do you offer free shipping?

At this time, we do not offer free shipping, but we provide affordable and insured international options for your peace of mind.

7. Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

Orders can be canceled or modified only before they are processed or shipped. Email info@nolan-hills.com as soon as possible with your order number.

8. What is your return policy?

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, in original condition, and returned with tags and packaging.

9. How do I start a return?

Email us at info@nolan-hills.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you instructions and a printable return label.

10. Do you charge for return shipping?

  • If the item is defective or incorrect: We cover return shipping
  • For standard returns: Return shipping is deducted from your refund (if you use our label), or you may ship it yourself at your own cost

11. Is there a restocking fee for returns?

No, we do not charge a restocking fee.

12. Can I exchange an item?

We do not process direct exchanges. Instead, please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

13. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us immediately at info@nolan-hills.com with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

14. Will I be charged customs or import taxes?

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees. These are not included in your purchase price and must be paid by the recipient.
