At Nolan Hills, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Below you’ll find our complete return and refund policy.

Return Window – 30 Days from Delivery

You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

Return eligibility requirements:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Original tags must be attached
  • Items must be returned in original packaging
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required

How to Initiate a Return

Please email us at info@nolan-hills.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief reason for your return

We’ll respond with step-by-step return instructions and the correct return address.

Return Method

We accept returns via:

By Mail: Ship the item to our return facility using your preferred carrier or the provided label

Return Shipping Costs

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Restocking Fee

  • No restocking fee applies to any return — it’s completely free to send items back (excluding return shipping where applicable)

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s):

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Refunds typically take up to 10 business days to process
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless due to our error)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately at info@nolan-hills.com with your order number and photos. We'll make it right—either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.

Exchanges

We don’t currently process exchanges. Instead:

  1. Return the item as usual
  2. Once your return is approved and refunded, place a new order for your preferred item

EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal

If you’re based in the European Union, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery, allowing you to return your order for any reason.

  • Items must still meet our standard return criteria
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty
